TM Chiropractic began in 2020 in Caro, Michigan. Taking over a previously established chiropractic clinic, TM Chiropractic made a very positive impact with existing patients. We have become known in our community for the quality and thorough care we provide.
We see the health of our nation is not getting better, yet people are hungry for answers. We fill this need by providing world-class treatments, incredible results, and education for a better way to live.
We take patient care very seriously and understand the importance of patients’ trust with their life and often their family’s life. Our message of hope for a healthier life is contagious and we become a household name in our communities.
Our team
Dr. Tarrah Martin
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Tarrah Martin is the clinic director of TM Chiropractic. She grew up in Caro and graduated from Caro High School. She continued her college career in Kansas and then received her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in April 2018 from Cleveland Chiropractic University. Upon graduating, Dr. Tarrah moved back to the area in January 2019 and soon after took over the former Caro Chirofit and rebranded to TM chiropractic.
She is currently working on her nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition and will be expanding into the functional medicine field as well. Her expertise in ART (Active Release Technique) and tool-assisted techniques such as scraping and taping contribute to her quality care. She has a passion for learning and is always looking for new techniques and certifications to expand her knowledge to better serve the community.
When Dr. Tarrah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Layton, and hanging out with their dogs, Nesi and Lola. They enjoy running, working out and being active whether it be playing volleyball, golfing or spending time with friends and family. Dr. Tarrah also enjoys reading all different kinds of books ranging from Harry Potter to self-growth to educational. She is a dance teacher at Excel Dance Studio of Arts in Cass City, MI. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and enjoyed performing in parades, recitals and competitions over the years.

Tammy Adams
Practice Manager
Tammy Adams is the office Manager here at TM Chiropractic. She has been part of this clinic since it's days as Caro Chirofit with Dr. Tim and enjoys continuing to nurture her long-time relationships with our patients and our community.
She is a wife, mom of three, and GiGI Ma of four. In her spare time, she likes to read, paint pottery and do backyard movie nights with family and friends.
Katie Findlay
Massage Therapist
Katie Findlay is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing since 2010. She went to school at The Flint School of Therapeutic Massage, focusing on deep tissue, therapeutic massage, and myofascial release.
When she's not working, she enjoys spending time working with her horses.
Andrew Layton
Front Desk Lead
Layton will be the first voice you hear and the face you see welcoming you as you enter TM Chiropractic.
Layton is a city boy turned country, he has resided in Caro, MI since 2019. He enjoy thrifting. playing sports, and being active.
Fun fact: He can do numerous voice impersonations. Feel free to ask him for an impersonation when you are in!
